About Dida Design

Linda Naismith of Dida Design (AKA Dida) provides a jargon-free website design service for creative people and businesses. After 8 years in the website design business, the decision was made in 2008 to specialise in designing sites for artists, artisans and craftspeople because Dida is an artist herself, giving her insight into the needs of other artists and creative people.

The whole process is explained in plain English so you know what is going on, and you can rest assured that any questions you have are answered without jargon too. Dida believes that you will be a happier client if you know what is going on - that doesn't mean that she will bombard you with information - just that you will know what stage the project is at and what still needs to be done. Experience with clients shows that this is a key factor in excellent customer relations and that not being left in the dark is something that all Dida's clients appreciate.

Dida also offers a web site maintenance service - she doesn't believe in maintenance contracts as if you are happy with the service you will be happy to keep using Dida Design for your site updates if you don't want to do them yourself.
